Yard of the Month

Seminary Ridge Neighborhood Yard of the Month We’re grateful for residents who enhance our community landscape with lovely flowers and foliage. Their efforts are one of the reasons Seminary Ridge is such a picturesque neighborhood!

To recognize the talent and diligence of those hard-working neighbors, awards are presented for Yard of the Month (April through September) and Decorations of the Month (October through December).

Honorees are chosen by the Seminary Ridge Neighborhood Association’s Beautification Committee. They are always looking to acknowledge neighbors that are doing good things, so please let them know if you’d like to submit a nomination for Yard of the Month or Decorations of the Month!

The Beautification Committee members, Lance Folsom and Lorraine Kimble, select the outstanding yard on the 1st of the month. Award recipients have a Yard of the Month sign or Decorations of the Month sign placed in front of their home for that month.
